Things like Cara putting h er arms around Alisha, hugging her, leaning way down and putting her face way too beside when they are looking at something on Alishas monitor while complementing on her proscribedfit, how it makes her body look can be considered as sexual harassment because of the sexual advancements towards Alisha.Alisha cant be blamed for feeling uncomfortable, any sanctions prohibiting Cara to stay away from Alisha cant be laid down because they work in the same work environment and department and must have contact, this does not justify Cara to harass Alisha sexually out of her free will.If I brought that matter upon Cara, she can be bent out of shape because she would think I have a problem with her being gay because it will be out of her choice to be gay. Many people if asked to choose between Cara and Alishas sexual lifestyle, many would take Alishas side and move on. This situation cannot be let go off easily because touching someone in a nonsexual way
